CRMConnections & Outreach

Your pipeline of people and the paths they open. Track every investor conversation, score the connections you already have, and find the shortest believable route to a fund you are targeting.

3.5 — Investor Pipeline

TIER 3
Track investor relationships, objections, asks, follow-up timing, and diligence motion in one operating view. This matters because investors infer momentum from clustered meetings, fast follow-ups, and visible demand signals (FOMO/herd dynamics). Use warm/cold sequencing and grouped meeting windows to strengthen perceived round velocity.

DYVVYDX Glossary

IRS — Investor Readiness Score
Your composite readiness score (0–100) computed from traction, capital efficiency, capital readiness, narrative clarity, market fit, operational discipline, and investor fit. Unlocks after 3 sessions. Tier 2 / Capital Core access requires IRS 70+.
ICS — Investor Confidence Score
Your weekly Mindset Pulse composite — how confident, resilient, and momentum-driven you feel as a founder. Tracked week-over-week. Correlates with raise velocity.
BI — Business Intelligence (Investor BI)
The structured investor-facing packet generated from your dashboard data. Includes your readiness verdict, traction snapshot, scenario modeling, and weekly operating memo. Exported as PDF for investor intros.
ICP — Ideal Customer Profile
The specific description of your best-fit customer: their role, their pain, and why your solution is a painkiller (not a vitamin) for them. Investors read your ICP to evaluate whether you truly know your market.
LOI — Letter of Intent
A non-binding document from a prospective customer indicating serious interest in purchasing. LOIs are strong traction signals because they show market demand before revenue exists.
CAC — Customer Acquisition Cost
What it costs you to acquire one paying customer. Lower is better relative to LTV. Investors use CAC to evaluate unit economics and marketing efficiency.
LTV — Lifetime Value
Total revenue expected from one customer over their relationship with you. The LTV:CAC ratio (target: 3:1 or higher) is a core investor metric.
MRR — Monthly Recurring Revenue
Predictable monthly revenue from subscriptions or contracts. The foundational SaaS/recurring-revenue metric. ARR = MRR × 12.
Runway
How many months of operation your current cash covers at your burn rate. Cash ÷ Monthly Burn = Runway. Investors want to see 12–18 months to give confidence you can close the round without desperation.
Angel League
DYVVYDX's curated investor access lane for founders raising $150K–$2M from angels, syndicates, and small family offices. Requires IRS 70+ and Capital Core subscription.
Capital League
DYVVYDX's curated investor access lane for post-revenue founders raising $2M+ from institutional VCs, growth funds, and larger family offices. Requires IRS 70+, strong diligence readiness, and Capital Core subscription.
Founder Core
DYVVYDX's $149/mo subscription (or $997/yr) — full dashboard access, 6-week curriculum, AI Copilot, weekly BI exports, and community. For pre-revenue to $50K MRR founders.
Capital Core
DYVVYDX's $5–7.5K/quarter subscription — everything in Founder Core plus Angel League or Capital League investor access, live pitch sessions, human coach notes, and deal intelligence.
SAFE
Simple Agreement for Future Equity. The most common pre-seed fundraising instrument in 2026. Post-money SAFE is now standard. You raise capital now; investors convert to equity at your next priced round.
TAM / SAM / SOM
Total Addressable Market / Serviceable Addressable Market / Serviceable Obtainable Market. The three-layer market sizing framework investors expect. Bottoms-up TAM (built from unit economics) is more credible than top-down.
